  • Activity syncing delays
    Initial syncing from Health and other platforms requires processing large volumes of data, we try and make this as unobtrusive as possible, but can take upto 15 minutes for prolific runners!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can’t I see my latest run?
A: Activities can take a few minutes to be processed, you can try force syncing in Settings>Connected Accounts. If there’s still a problem contact support.
